Scope, currency and general terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Settlement currency:<\/strong> PLN (z\u0142). Payments in other currencies \u2013 only upon prior agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B2B relationship:<\/strong> payment methods are available only for verified business accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock reservation:<\/strong> adding items to the cart or starting the payment process <strong>does not reserve<\/strong> the goods. After 24 hours, availability\/price in the cart is not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Online payments \u2013 Paynow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The online payment operator on the Platform is <strong>Paynow<\/strong>. After selecting this method in the cart\/checkout, you will be redirected to the operator\u2019s secure panel to complete the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment cards \/ BLIK \/ instant transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment cards:<\/strong> Visa, Mastercard (with <em>3\u2011D Secure\/SCA<\/em> support).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BLIK:<\/strong> fast payment approved in the banking app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instant online transfers:<\/strong> redirection to online banking (pay\u2011by\u2011link).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posting time:<\/strong> usually immediate or within a few minutes; in rare cases up to several hours (depending on the bank).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Traditional bank transfer (proforma)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proforma:<\/strong> after selecting \u201cTraditional bank transfer\u201d, you will receive an e\u2011mail with payment details and the order number. The <em>bank account number<\/em> is shown on the proforma invoice and in the B2B Panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer title:<\/strong> please provide the order\/proforma number to speed up payment identification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posting:<\/strong> depending on Elixir sessions \u2013 usually within 1 business day. Shipment takes place after funds are credited (unless agreed otherwise).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Deferred payment (trade credit limit)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For regular B2B Customers, we may grant a <strong>trade credit limit<\/strong> (payment term). The terms (limit, due date, security) are agreed individually. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or withdraw the limit in the event of delays or overruns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Invoicing, partial fulfillment and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>VAT invoices are issued only for goods actually shipped<\/strong> (excluding unfulfilled items).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of <strong>partial fulfillment<\/strong> \u2013 an invoice is issued for the shipped part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the order was prepaid and ultimately fulfilled only partially \u2013 the <strong>overpayment<\/strong> will be <strong>refunded<\/strong> using the same method (Paynow) or by bank transfer, typically <strong>within 3\u20135 business days<\/strong> after shipment settlement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A price change after the order has been placed requires Customer acceptance; if not accepted, the Customer may cancel the order free of charge (in whole or in part).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment security (SCA\/3\u2011D Secure, SSL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All traffic on the Platform is encrypted (TLS\/SSL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card payments are authorized in accordance with <strong>SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)<\/strong> requirements, including <strong>3\u2011D Secure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not store full card details \u2013 processing is handled by the operator (<strong>Paynow<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Fees, limits and verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fees:<\/strong> as a rule, we do not charge additional fees for online payments; we reserve the right to make changes \u2013 any costs will be communicated before finalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transaction limits:<\/strong> may result from payment operator rules or individual arrangements (trade credit limit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anti\u2011fraud verification:<\/strong> if irregularities are detected, we may request additional confirmation or suspend fulfillment until clarification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Payment issues \u2013 what to do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Interrupted redirect \/ bank error:<\/strong> check the order status in the B2B Panel and the confirmation email. If payment has not been completed \u2013 retry from order history or choose another method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment charged, no confirmation:<\/strong> wait 30\u201360 minutes (bank\u2011side delays). If confirmation is still missing, contact us \u2013 we will verify the status using the transaction ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> after approval of the overpayment refund by our team, funds usually return within <strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong> (original method or bank transfer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Payment method changes and contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to <strong>modify available payment methods<\/strong> (add\/remove) and the terms of their use.
