Scope of processed data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B2B registration and account data:<\/strong> first and last name, business e\u2011mail address and phone number, company details (company name, VAT ID, address, REGON\/KRS), login credentials (username, password \u2013 stored in encrypted form), role\/function (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transactional data:<\/strong> order history, cart and offers, payments, settlements, data required for invoices and accounting documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, device\/browser identifiers, operating system, server logs, activity data (e.g. login dates and times, operations in the Panel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data sources:<\/strong> directly from you (forms, B2B Panel) and from public registers (e.g. CEIDG\/KRS) for business verification purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes and legal bases for processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B2B account registration and management<\/strong> \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract \/ provision of electronic services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order and sales processing<\/strong> (payments, invoicing, shipment preparation, statuses) \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Handling inquiries and communication<\/strong> (e\u2011mail\/Panel) \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in providing support).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong> (accounting, taxes, archiving) \u2013 Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service security<\/strong> (fraud prevention, login verification, outage monitoring) \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establishment, assertion or defense of claims<\/strong> \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IT support\/hosting\/infrastructure:<\/strong> processors maintaining the service, servers, backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounting and advisors<\/strong> \u2013 fulfillment of legal obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment operator:<\/strong> <strong>Paynow<\/strong> \u2013 processing and settlement of electronic payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logistics and carriers:<\/strong> <strong>DHL<\/strong> (and potentially equivalent carriers) \u2013 deliveries, returns, transport claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public authorities<\/strong> \u2013 where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Data is transferred each time only to the extent necessary to achieve a given purpose (e.g. address and contact details for the carrier, identifiers and amounts for the payment operator).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Entrusted processing \u2013 Hosting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform is hosted on servers operated by <strong>dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o.<\/strong>, Al. Jerozolimskie 98, 00\u2011807 Warsaw, TAX ID: 7010198361, REGON: 141998822, KRS: 0000336780. dhosting.pl acts as a <strong>data processor<\/strong> (hosting provider) with regard to server services and technical infrastructure. Contact details provided for information purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Transfer of data outside the EEA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a rule, we do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If such transfer were necessary (e.g. when using selected IT tools), we apply mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses \u2013 SCC) and appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Rights of data subjects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access<\/strong> to data and obtaining a copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rectification<\/strong> of incorrect or incomplete data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erasure<\/strong> of data (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d) \u2013 if there are no grounds for further processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restriction<\/strong> of processing \u2013 in cases specified by the GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data portability<\/strong> \u2013 where the basis is a contract or consent and processing is automated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objection<\/strong> to processing based on legitimate interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority<\/strong> (PUODO \u2013 the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests regarding the exercise of rights should be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Data security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including transmission encryption (SSL), access control, user authentication, environment segmentation and backups. Automated decisions and profiling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not make decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing. We may apply <strong>basic profiling<\/strong> necessary for account and order handling (e.g. assignment to discount groups, segmentation by company status) \u2013 based on Article 6(1)(b)\/(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Policy changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to introduce changes to this Policy. A new version will be published in the Service together with its effective date.
